Please read carefully. By enrolling in the Train the Trainers program (“Training” or “Program”) offered by The Dog Daddy (“Company”, “Trainer”, or “We”), you (“Trainee” or “Student”) agree to the following terms and conditions regarding your participation in the program.

You must be at least 18 years old at the time of enrollment.

Full payment of training fees is required before attending the course. If you choose a payment plan (installments), payments will be automatically charged to the payment method on file at scheduled intervals. If you are unable to complete payment before your scheduled class, you may attend a future session once payment is complete.

Fees and charges are non-refundable, and all sales are final. If you are unable to attend your scheduled training dates, you may notify the Company in writing at info@dogdaddytraining.com and request to be registered for a future intake, subject to availability.

The Company will provide five days of in-person training with The Dog Daddy, instruction on The Dog Daddy’s training philosophy, methodology and techniques, in-depth question and answer opportunities throughout the program, and hands-on practice with the dogs.

Trainees who successfully complete the course will receive a Certificate of Course Completion. There is also an opportunity to be considered for further evaluation toward certification as a Dog Daddy Certified Trainer; however, certification requires additional evaluation and approval by the Company and is not automatic or guaranteed. Applying for an intern trainee position or additional certification is optional, subject to Company approval.

Trainees are responsible for all travel, lodging, meals, and other personal expenses incurred in connection with attending the Training. These costs are not included in the program fees.

If a Trainee chooses to bring a dog to the 5-day training program, the Trainee assumes full responsibility for the dog’s behavior, health, and well-being at all times during the program. The Trainee agrees to ensure that the dog is properly vaccinated, controlled, and supervised while on the premises. The Company, staff, and venue are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by or sustained by the dog. The Trainee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, costs, or damages arising from the dog’s presence during the program.

The Company does not guarantee results, earnings, employment, or any particular outcome from participation in Training. You are responsible for your own progress, effort, and success both during and after the course.

Trainees are not permitted to use The Dog Daddy name, nickname, likeness, brand, or intellectual property for marketing or promotional purposes without written consent from the Company. Separate guidelines will be provided to those who become certified.

All course materials, videos, audio content, and intellectual property are owned by The Dog Daddy. You may use these materials only for your personal education. You may not share, copy, sell, distribute, or publicly display any materials without prior written permission from the Company. You agree to protect the Company’s intellectual property from unauthorized use.

You acknowledge and understand that participation in Training involves inherent risks, including the risk of physical injury. You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless The Dog Daddy, its employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your participation in the Training, except for claims directly caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence as strictly defined under applicable Alabama law.

You agree to defend and indemnify The Dog Daddy against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your conduct that causes harm to other trainees, trainers, or third parties during Training.

You understand that some or all activities may take place outdoors and may involve unpredictable elements outside the control of the Company. You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in working with dogs and are responsible for your own safety.

The Company may record Training sessions for internal use and promotional purposes. By enrolling in this program, you grant the Company the right and permission to record, photograph, film, or otherwise capture your image, likeness, and voice during Training sessions. You also grant the Company the right to use these recordings and images in any media now known or hereafter developed for promotional, marketing, educational, or commercial purposes without further compensation to you. You may record sessions for your personal use only and may not publish or share any recordings without prior written consent from the Company. All rights to recordings remain with The Dog Daddy.

The Company is not liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure”), including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, health emergencies, or similar events. If a Force Majeure event occurs, performance obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.

You understand that your participation in Training is subject to compliance with all program policies and standards of conduct as determined by the Company. You agree to conduct yourself in a professional, respectful, and safe manner throughout the Training. The Company may provide additional program rules or policies, which you agree to follow. Failure to adhere to these standards or any behavior deemed disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or harmful may result in removal from the program without refund.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any dispute arising from these terms or your participation in Training will be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration in Birmingham, Alabama according to the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration service.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

By enrolling in this program, you also agree to The Dog Daddy’s website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy available at thedogdaddy.com, which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.
