Please read carefully. By booking a training session with The Dog Daddy LLC (“Company”, “we”, or “us”), you (“participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions, which incorporate by reference the Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use found at thedogdaddy.com.

Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final and non-refundable. You may be entitled, however, to a credit towards a future training session if notice of cancellation is provided at least 3 days in advance of the scheduled session by emailing us (see Contact Us).

Training Session
As The Dog Daddy receives millions of views on social media, the address of the session location shall be communicated via email not more than 1-2 days prior to the scheduled session for security reasons, with no exceptions. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking it for all session information. Training sessions take place in the vicinity of the listed city.

Only dogs registered for training may attend the session. Participants having their dog trained may bring household family members to attend the training session.

Some seminars may offer spectator spots; each spectator must purchase their own ticket to the seminar. Spectators may NOT bring dogs to the seminar location.

Please be aware that some sessions may be conducted in an outdoor setting. By booking a session you acknowledge and accept the possibility that the class may take place outdoors, and understand that weather conditions or other external factors may impact the class experience; it is advised that participants dress accordingly.

Small group sessions last approximately 2 hours. Private sessions last approximately 1.5 hours. Session times depend on the needs of the dogs. Each dog will get individualized attention based on the needs of the dog. You will receive detailed instructions on how to continue with the techniques at home and have time to practice. Any questions about the training will be answered during class. There may be trainees on hand to help as well. It is important to stay committed to applying what you are taught during the session consistently with your dog. This is necessary to continue the progress and for lasting results.

By booking a session, you represent and warrant that your dog(s) has/have no medical conditions that might be affected by their participation. You further affirm that your dog(s) is/are free of fleas and parasites, and that they are up to date on all required vaccinations.

There are inherent risks associated with any physical activity and activities involving dogs, which may result in physical injury to you, any member of your party attending with you, your dog(s), other dogs, or third parties who may be present. By booking a training session held by the Company (including its employees, contractors, owners, and agents), you hereby release and waive any and all liability of any nature or damage, including but not limited to injury or damage resulting from your or any dog’s actions. You expressly assume the risk of any such damage or injury while attending the training session or otherwise being present on-site or participating in activities with the Company or its representatives. You further waive any liability of any nature against the facility or physical location where the training is held, on behalf of yourself, your dog(s), and your guests for any injuries, damages, losses, or accidents that may occur during such times.

Photos/Video
You acknowledge and consent that you and anyone attending with you may be photographed and/or filmed during the session. The Company owns all rights to any such recordings or photographs taken by its team and may use them publicly at its sole discretion. You release and waive any claims or rights related to these photos/ recordings/content.

Participants and their guests may take photos or videos only for personal use during the session. Sharing, distributing, publishing, or selling these materials is prohibited without prior written permission from the Company. Recordings must not include substantial portions of the session. Any form of livestreaming by participants or guests is expressly prohibited.
