You acknowledge that results are not guaranteed. Any progress or outcome depends on many factors, including but not limited to the dog’s temperament, history, behavior, the handler’s skill, consistency, timing, environment, and ongoing practice.

You understand and acknowledge that working with dogs and engaging in training activities involves inherent risks. You agree that you are solely responsible for your dog’s safety and your own safety while applying any information from the Program.

You agree to use caution and sound judgment at all times and to seek professional in-person support if needed, especially in cases involving severe aggression, safety concerns, or situations that may require immediate intervention.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby waive, release, and hold harmless the Company, including its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents, from any and all claims, liability, loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from or related to your use of the Program or any information contained in it.

You agree to be added to the Company’s email list for the purpose of communication regarding this Program and other programs, products, and information from the Company. You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.
