Please read carefully. By booking this Board and Train with The Dog Daddy LLC (“Company”, “we”, or “us”), you (“Client”) agree to these terms and conditions. These terms incorporate by reference the Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use found at thedogdaddy.com.

Program Description

This Board and Train program applies to one dog and includes training for the dog enrolled at the time of purchase.

This Board and Train program is designed to improve your dog’s behavior, teach essential obedience commands, and build a solid foundation for lasting good manners. The program addresses common behavioral issues such as excessive barking, leash pulling, jumping, reactivity, and other unwanted behaviors.

Training includes:
- Essential commands: come, sit, down, leave it, heel
- Leash manners and off-leash recall
- Crate training
- Socialization with other animals and various environments
- Building confidence and stability in your dog

At the end of 30 days, you can expect a responsive, well-mannered dog eager to follow commands. You will receive regular updates, a personalized plan for maintaining progress at home, and a handoff session.

Trainer and Training Staff

Training will be conducted by The Dog Daddy and trainers trained by The Dog Daddy

Payment Terms for 4 Week Program
Total cost: $5,000.
- A non-refundable deposit of $2,500 is due at booking to secure your dog’s placement.
- The remaining $2,500 balance is due 14 days after the start of the program (two weeks into the board and train).

Payment Terms for 2-Week Program
$3,000 full payment due at time of reservation.

Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in suspension of services or withholding your dog until payment is received.

Door-to-Door Pick Up and Delivery Service

If needed, we offer a door-to-door pick up and delivery service for an additional fee. This service is available for an estimated cost of $300 to $1,000 each way, depending on distance, travel time, and route.

If needed, we may help arrange door-to-door pick up and delivery through a third-party transport provider. Estimated transport fees are $300 to $1,000 each way depending on distance, travel time, and route.

Terms for this service:

- Transport availability is subject to scheduling and distance.
- Final pricing will be confirmed before transport is booked.
- Transport fees must be paid in full before the transport is scheduled or confirmed.
- Transport is provided by a third-party carrier, and we are not responsible for the actions, delays, or conduct of that carrier except as required by law.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other events outside our control.
- The dog must be ready at the agreed time and location for pickup. Missed pickups, delays, or changes requested by the client may result in additional fees.
- We reserve the right to refuse transport if the dog appears ill, unsafe to transport, or does not meet transport requirements.
- Any extra stops, route changes, or requests outside the agreed transport plan may result in added fees.

Scheduling and Drop-off/Pick-up

Program dates: Your choice of 4 weeks or 2 weeks starting either October 1, 2026 or November 1, 2026, as indicated by your choice on the form.

Drop-off date: October 1, 2026 or November 1, 2026, per your choice on the form

If transport is arranged by us, the pickup time and route will be scheduled so the dog arrives by October 1, 2026/November 1, 2026 (per your choice on the form). Travel time, distance, rest stops, and any other transport needs will be taken into account when arranging pickup. The client is responsible for providing accurate pickup details and being available at the agreed time to help ensure the dog arrives on time for the start of the program. If there are delays due to client unavailability, incorrect information, or a missed pickup time, additional fees may apply and the training start date may be affected.

Please arrive promptly for drop-off and pick-up. Late pick-ups may incur additional fees.

Client Responsibilities

- Provide current vaccination records before drop-off.
- Inform us of any medical conditions or behavioral concerns.
- Follow all post-training recommendations and attend the handoff session.
- Make payments according to the schedule above.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward other training options offered by us.
- If you cancel more than 14 days before drop-off, your deposit can be credited toward future training programs.
- Cancellations less than 14 days before drop-off or once training has started will forfeit the deposit.
- No refunds will be issued after training begins.

Health and Safety

- You confirm your dog is healthy, free of parasites, and up to date on vaccinations.
- We reserve the right to refuse or stop training if your dog is ill
- We provide proper care and exercise but are not responsible for illness or injury except in cases of gross negligence.

Liability Waiver

You agree that we are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage caused by or to your dog during training or transport, except as required by law or in cases of our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Program Outcomes

Results vary depending on your dog’s temperament and your commitment to follow-up at home. No guarantees are made regarding specific behavior changes.
