Please read carefully. By booking a training session with The Dog Daddy LLC (“Dog Daddy”, “Company”, “we”, or “us”), you (“Client”, “Participant”, or “You”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the significant costs and planning involved, we have a strict no refunds policy and all sales are final. You may be entitled, however, to a credit towards a future training session if notice of cancellation is provided at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled training session by sending an email to the email address listed in the Contact Us section of these Terms.

Training Session
As The Dog Daddy receives millions of views on social media, the address of the session location shall be communicated via email not more than 1-2 days prior to the scheduled session for safety reasons, with no exceptions.

Please be aware that some classes may be conducted in an outdoor setting. By booking a session you acknowledge and accept the possibility that the class may take place outdoors, and understand that weather conditions or other external factors may impact the class experience; it is advised that participants dress accordingly.

Private sessions last approximately 1.5 hours. Session times depend on the needs of the dogs. Each dog will get individualized attention based on the needs of the dog. You will receive detailed instructions on how to continue with the techniques and have time to practice. Any questions about the training will be answered during class. It is important to stay committed to applying what you are taught during the training consistently with your dog. This is necessary to continue the progress and for lasting results.

By booking a Dog Daddy session, you represent and warrant that your dog(s) has/have no medical conditions that might be affected by their participation. You further affirm that your dog(s) is/are free of fleas and parasites, and that they are up to date on all required vaccinations.

There are inherent risks associated with activities involving dogs, which may result in physical injury to yourself, a family member, a guest, or your dog(s). By booking any training session held by The Dog Daddy (including its employees, contractors, owners, and agents), you hereby release and waive any and all liability of any nature or damage, including, but not limited to, injury or damage resulting from any dog’s actions. You expressly assume risk of any such damage or injury while attending any training session held by The Dog Daddy or its employees, contractors, owners, or agents.

Photos/Video
By booking a session, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of being photographed and/or video recorded during the course of the training session. The Dog Daddy shall own all rights in and to any such video recordings and photographs that are taken by The Dog Daddy and team, which may be posted publicly at the sole discretion of the Company. You hereby release and waive any claims or other rights in connection with any such photos or recordings.

Class participants may take photographs and record video for personal use during the training session or event, however distribution or sale of these materials in any form is strictly prohibited. Recordings may not include significant portions of the class.
